Refund policy

Effective date: November 1, 2022

Thank you for shopping at LOUNGNSTYLE.COM. We aim to provide the highest level of customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. Your item must be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase when returned. Your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.

To return your online order, follow these steps:

  1. Email info@loungnstyle.com to receive approval for your return.
  2. Place your new garment(s) in its original package.
  3. Insert the original receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.
  4. Send the package through your preferred shipping method. Please note, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Upon receipt of your return, it will take 5–10 business days for your return to be processed.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment for the items only, not return shipping costs). Please note that it can take up to 15 days from when the return is processed to appear on your bank statement per your cardholders’ policies.

Shipping:

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Exchanges:

We are unable to process exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order at your leisure.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged:

  • Items on Clearance or Final Sale
  • Items marked “non-returnable”, and any items determined by us
