Shipping policy

Effective date: November 1, 2022

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Loungnstyle ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).  We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship within the continental United States (U.S.) including Washington, DC.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories (including Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO) or internationally at this time.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If an item is returned, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you have not received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please e-mail info@loungstyle.com with your name and order number and we will check the status of your order.
